Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager at FMA, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the aerospace industry. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and growing relationships with existing clients. Your efforts will contribute directly to the company’s overall growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends in the aviation industry.
Lead Generation: Proactively seek out and generate new leads through various channels, including industry events, online platforms, and networking.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Proposal Development: Create and present compelling proposals, quotes, and solutions to clients that meet their specific requirements.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining a win-win partnership with clients.
Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives to contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and industry standards to effectively communicate their value to clients.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Market Feedback: Collect and provide feedback on market needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to the management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles in the aviation or aerospace industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to travel as required.
Familiarity with aviation regulations and quality standards is a plus.
